Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to drive accountability
  • Oversee the receiving of electronic components, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and resolution of discrepancies
  • Lead annual physical inventory planning and execution
  • Oversee outbound shipments and maintain required documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Production, Planning, and Quality
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

Full Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of electronic components while supporting production needs across the facility. This is an onsite role at our Fremont, CA facility.

What You'll Do

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be a working leader on the floor-balancing people leadership with operational execution. You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team supporting shipping, receiving, stockroom, kitting, and inventory control
  • Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Manage employee timecards, attendance, and time-off requests in Paycom
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions to drive accountability and growth
  • Oversee receiving of electronic components, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, labeling, and ERP transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate material movement to support production (kitting, staging, return-to-stock)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Lead annual physical inventory planning, execution, and reconciliation
  • Oversee outbound shipments, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and required warehouse records
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, and Quality teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of warehouse or materials management experience in a production environment
  • Experience working with electronic components or within electronics manufacturing
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices
  • ERP experience and comfort with material transaction processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics coordination
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment

Salary Range: $70K - $95K
