Location: Faribault, MN - 2nd shift
Your Responsibilities:- Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving department and customer service/purchasing group to ensure quality customer support
- Develop, maintain, and execute procedures for the quality handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving of materials
- Assign daily job responsibilities to shipping and receiving department employees based on availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes
- Schedule temporary employees as needed based upon availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes
- Train and monitor shipping/receiving department employees in areas of job functions, company policies, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving departments and other departments to continuously improve the warehouse's ability to service Daikin customers
- Develop improvements in warehouse policies and procedures to promoted increased business profitability, customer support, and employee well being
- Work with other groups within the Daikin parts organization as needed to resolve problems within the business
- Administer company policies as needed
Your Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience
- Associate's and or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $108,800 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
