Responsibilities- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement.
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).
- Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks.
- Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
- Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in:
- Warehouse operations
- Manufacturing logistics
- Production support logistics
- Industrial operations
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WMS, scanners, tablets)
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

PayThe base salary range for this role is between $70,000-$95,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
