About the Role:

The Warehouse Operations Department Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations within the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. This position is responsible for managing teams, streamlining processes, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and support business growth. The Manager will analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. Ultimately, this position ensures that operational activities meet compliance standards and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and lead cross-functional projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous PIV and forklift experience necessary


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analytics tools.
  • Previous experience managing operations within a large or complex organization.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational change and managing budgets.
  • Hazmat certified
