Salary: $80,500 - $100,625 / year

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager II oversees all daily warehouse operations while contributing to broader process improvement goals. The role leads and develops warehouse teams, ensures compliance, and optimizes labor, equipment, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of Warehouse Workers and, when applicable, Supervisors/Team Leads, including training, performance management, coaching, and ongoing development.
