Position Overviewdormakaba is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization achieves its on-time delivery targets, maintains high inventory accuracy, and supports continuous improvement aligned with long-term business objectives.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $95,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do- Strategically lead the plant's material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams, ensuring seamless and accurate material flow to support daily production and customer requirements
- Develop, coach, and empower a team of 8-10 and contingent staff, fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lean principles, dMS methodologies, and best practices across material flow processes
- Implement and sustain robust inventory control processes, leveraging cycle counting programs and systemic controls to achieve high levels of accuracy
What we require- 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution management roles
- 5+ years of overall warehouse management, logistics, and materials handling experience
- Bachelor's degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines)
What we prefer- APICS CPIM
- Master's degree
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing multiple sites/location simultaneously
