Pay: $67,000.00-$110,000.00 depending on education and experience

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide clinical therapy and case management in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and the NASW
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, participate in treatment planning, and discharge planning for an average of 6-7 patients.
- Manage cases primarily with the adult population, with the expectation of handling adolescent cases, as needed.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
- Conduct crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.
- Work to ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team and the Walden continuum.
- Maybe required to support virtual patient care and telehealth services as needed, including during periods of low census or to address coverage needs.
Qualifications:
- PhD, PsyD, Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders program
- Independent License preferred
- CPR certification is required
- Must have strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age-specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.
