Job Summary

Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and execution of the company's Total Rewards programs and People & Culture (P&C) technology systems. This role ensures compensation, benefits, executive compensation, recognition, wellness, retirement, HRIS, and related P&C platforms are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The role is accountable for advancing an integrated employee experience through market-aligned rewards strategies, effective governance, data integrity, process optimization, technology enablement, and strong partnership with executive leadership, the Board, Finance, Legal, IT, and People & Culture leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and implements an integrated Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, culture, talent strategy, and long-term growth priorities.
Oversees the design, execution, and governance of compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, incentive, and executive compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Leads the strategy, optimization, and administration of P&C technology platforms, including HRIS, talent systems, learning systems, reporting and analytics tools, and other P&C-related technologies.
Provides strategic guidance to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board and Board Committee partners, P&C leaders, and business leaders on Total Rewards, executive compensation, workforce analytics, systems strategy, and related governance matters.
Ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of compensation, benefits, employee, and P&C systems data across all platforms and processes.
Leads market analysis, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, systems assessments, and workforce analytics to inform Total Rewards strategies, technology investments, and business decisions.
Partners closely with IT, Finance, Legal, P&C, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration, functionality, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs and P&C systems.
Manages relationships with external vendors, consultants, brokers, compensation advisors, technology providers, and service partners to ensure high-quality delivery, cost effectiveness, and strong service outcomes.
Develops and executes communication, education, and change management strategies to drive adoption, understanding, and engagement with Total Rewards programs and P&C technology solutions.
Leads, develops, and coaches a high-performing team of Total Rewards, technology, systems, and operations professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field

15+ Years Experience

Field(s) of Expertise: Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, P&C systems, HRIS, workforce analytics, executive compensation, and/or P&C operations

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's degree

Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Certifications/Licenses: Certified Compensation Professional, CCP; Certified Benefits Professional, CBP; SAP SuccessFactors or related HRIS certification preferred
