Job Description:

On a daily basis, the Business Development Executive will oversee and execute on sales leads. This requires building relationships with government liaisons, business owners and individuals key in making decisions to use abatement/remediation services. The individual will operate largely independently and potentially manage others (marketing/customer service). The individual will help build and implement plans to grow the business.

Overall, through this role, you will help the CEO drive business development and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
• Drive top line revenue.
• Build new long-lasting relationships and help foster and maintain existing customer base.
• Direct marketing strategy, including digital, materials and staffing.
• Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team and individual team member performance.
• Grow brand and company awareness through industry events, marketing events and strategic marketing.

Requirements:
• Must have prior experience with asbestos or mold abatement/remediation industry.
• Prior business development experience and strong sales acumen required.
• Relevant industry connections or a book of business strongly preferred.
• This role will be based around the Charlotte, NC area. There is very little overnight travel, although some time will need to be spent in the Lexington, NC office.
