Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support across all business units.

  • Set strategic direction for talent acquisition and recruiting, partnering closely with the Director of Talent on sourcing, hiring standards, and workforce planning to meet growth targets.

  • Guide strategic direction for employee engagement and culture, partnering closely with the Director of Employee Engagement & Culture on engagement surveys, recognition programs, and initiatives that strengthen retention and workplace culture.

  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to people leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.

  • Develop and implement people strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Monitor turnover, engagement, and hiring metrics, and recommend proactive interventions.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policy.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive team on organizational health, talent risk, and workforce trends.

  • Champion succession planning and talent review processes across the business partner, talent acquisition, and engagement functions.

  • Establish consistent HR policies, playbooks, and service standards to ensure a unified employee experience across all locations.

  • Represent Human Resources and Talent in cross-functional leadership meetings, ensuring people implications are considered in business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a direct-to-home (D2D) or door-to-door sales organization required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct oversight of HR business partners, recruiting, and/or engagement functions.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling talent acquisition and culture programs in a multi-site or high-growth environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
