Job Summary

The VP of Operations Workforce Enablement is a critical executive leadership role at Fuze Health, reporting directly to the Rx Chief Operating Officer. This leader is responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure required to support rapid organizational growth and shifting business priorities. You will oversee the strategic alignment of process, policy, and capabilities to ensure a scalable, compliant, and reliable pharmacy operation.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Strategy & Special Projects
  • Develop and execute the short-term and long-term operations strategy to support FuzeRx's strategic priorities.
  • Lead high-impact special projects and growth initiatives, ensuring operational readiness for new market entries and product launches.
  • Serve as the primary broker between Enterprise, P&T, and Operations to align launch timelines with execution readiness.

Policy & Process Governance
  • Harmonize, centralize and modernize operational policies and processes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across all legacy businesses to standardize one Rx operational SOP.

Process Improvement & Quality
  • Formalize continuous improvement as a dedicated, centralized function to drive operational efficiency.
  • Apply process re-engineering methodologies to address legacy gaps and improve site productivity.
  • Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.

Implementations & Training
  • Design and deploy comprehensive training programs for frontline employees and operational leaders.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new operational capabilities and technological integrations.
  • Build a leadership bench strength through standardized training to support future expansion and internal mobility.

Capabilities & Workforce Alignment
  • Connect cross-functional "seams" between clinical, pharmacy, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning to ensure staffing models reflect real-time capacity needs and volume fluctuations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Leadership: Over 10 years proven track record of leading and harmonizing complex operations teams in a high-growth or rapidly changing, matrix environment.
  • Change Management: Exceptional ability to navigate cultural alignment risks and lead through organizational transformations.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven success and deep expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and operational scaling.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to define clear decision rights and roles to encourage fast, effective action across the organization. Experience influencing and partnering with all levels of a matrix organization.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Pharmacy Services or Healthcare background a plus.

Additional Information

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, periodically move away from the computer terminal for in-person meetings, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $240,000 - $300,000

Travel: Yes - Required up to 25% of the time
