Full Job Description
Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be a critical partner to the revenue organization. You will work closely with the CRO to translate company growth objectives into a focused marketing strategy and measurable programs. This is a broad marketing leadership role with Product Marketing at its core.

What you will do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the existing two-person marketing team, including any future hires
  • Translate revenue and growth objectives into clear marketing priorities, programs, and metrics
  • Build the processes, operating cadence, and measurement framework needed to make marketing a highly effective commercial function
  • Own positioning and messaging for the company, marketplace, and products within B2B
  • Translate complex marketplace, data, and technology capabilities into simple, compelling customer value propositions
  • Develop the positioning, messaging, presentations, battlecards, case studies, ROI materials, and other tools Sales needs to win
  • Support account-based and segment-specific initiatives where they can have meaningful commercial impact
  • Measure and improve Marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and customer growth
  • Build programs that create awareness, qualified demand, engagement, and ultimately revenue
  • Measure performance and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Develop strategies to deepen relationships with existing customers and turn successful customers into advocates

What you need:
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience in Product Marketing
  • Experience owning multiple marketing disciplines rather than specializing exclusively in one area
  • A track record of developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that contributed to measurable business growth
  • Strong working knowledge & experience with performance marketing, digital advertising, D2C, ecommerce, retail media, commerce media, customer acquisition, or a related ecosystem
  • An understanding of the economics and priorities of both advertisers and media/audience owners
  • Experience marketing to sophisticated B2B buyers and partnering closely with Sales and Product
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to make decisions
  • Experience managing and developing a small team
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
  • Experience succeeding in entrepreneurial, high-growth, or resource-constrained environments
