Lead Clinical Operations Across a Consulting Practice and Our Own Buildings
We9re looking for a VP of Clinical Operations to lead the clinical side of both.
The workThis role covers all of Massachusetts.
On the consulting side, you9ll set clinical direction across our engagements: mock surveys and survey defense, quality and infection prevention programs, clinical turnarounds, receiverships, and interim operations. Some of that work is planned months out. Some of it is a Friday afternoon call about an IJ tag, and you9re in the car. Facilities call us when they9re already in trouble, priorities shift within the same week, and the job is to bring order to that quickly.
On the owned and managed side, you9ll oversee clinical operations across our communities, covering skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and rest home settings. You9ll partner with administrators and DONs on survey readiness, clinical systems, staffing models, and outcomes.
