As a key member of the Development Leadership Team, you will lead a talented fundraising organization, steward significant donor relationships, and drive innovative strategies that expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ensure long-term sustainability.What You'll LeadBuild Transformational Philanthropy- Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy that advances CHS's mission and strategic priorities.
- Drive revenue growth through major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, foundation support, special events, and endowment development.
- Help diversify philanthropic investments and identify innovative funding opportunities.
Inspire Donors and Partners- Manage and cultivate relationships with high-capacity donors and philanthropic leaders.
- Engage corporations, foundations, community influencers, and strategic partners around the CHS mission.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador and storyteller for the organization throughout Florida.
Develop High-Performing Teams- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of development professionals committed to excellence and impact.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Build next-generation fundraising talent that strengthens the organization's future.
Advance Community Impact- Partner closely with executive leadership, board members, program leaders, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
