Hybrid - Miami, FL

The Vice President of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the company's integrated marketing strategy, promotional planning, and go-to-market execution across all brands and business units.

What You'll Do

Integrated Marketing Strategy
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies supporting growth objectives and key initiatives.
  • Own the annual marketing calendar and campaign planning process.
  • Establish campaign objectives, audience strategies, and success metrics.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Planning & Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Lead campaign development from strategy through launch and optimization.
  • Oversee campaign briefs, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness.
  • Coordinate execution across brand, digital, lifecycle, social, creative, PR, and operations teams.
  • Improve campaign effectiveness and speed-to-market.

Business & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the primary marketing lead for company-wide promotional initiatives.
    • Partner with executive leadership and operations teams.
    • Lead integrated planning processes and marketing best practices.
