VP, Director of Retail Operations, you will provide leadership and oversight for critical operational functions supporting our Retail division, including:
- Deposit Operations
- Electronic Payments
- Card Services
- Fraud & Disputes
- Quality Control
- Retail Operational Support Functions

- Develop and execute forward-looking operational strategies that support growth and member engagement.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and modernization efforts that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities, workforce readiness, and succession planning.
- Ensure strong operational controls, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve performance, service quality, and decision-making.
- Build high-performing teams and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proven leader who brings:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience within a financial institution
- Demonstrated success leading operational teams, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change
- Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, controls, and financial services operations
- Experience developing leaders and building scalable, high-performing teams
Preferred qualifications include:
- Credit union leadership experience
- Advanced degree
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or other relevant industry certifications
