Full Job Description
The Vice President of Clinical Affairs & Strategic Partnerships is a member of the JRF Ortho Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization's research, clinical affairs, innovation, and surgeon engagement initiatives. This position serves as the primary executive liaison to JRF Ortho's key surgeon advisory and research groups, fostering collaboration, building consensus, and aligning clinical priorities with organizational strategy.

The Vice President of Clinical Affairs & Strategic Partnerships oversees the development and prioritization of research and clinical initiatives that support JRF Ortho's mission, growth objectives, and product portfolio. Working collaboratively with internal teams, external consultants, physician leaders, industry partners, and research organizations, this individual ensures that JRF Ortho remains at the forefront of innovation while maintaining strong clinical relevance and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will possess extensive orthopedic industry experience, exceptional relationship management skills, strategic leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively navigate complex stakeholder environments. Scientific expertise is valued; however, success in this role is driven primarily by leadership, collaboration, industry knowledge, and the ability to translate clinical opportunities into organizational impact.
