In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients, taking the time to understand their unique financial needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and active community engagement. By offering expert guidance on business lending, credit analysis, and treasury management services, you will help businesses grow and thrive. Collaboration is key, and you will work across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience while introducing customers to additional bank products that meet their needs.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, as well as a required minimum of two (2) years of business banking experience. It is essential that our applicants be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players, while possessing a positive can-do attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills.
