- Build, recommend and lead Unitek Learning's enterprise analytics organization from inception - defining the operating model, structure, and technology stack, with the most senior executives.
- Develop and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap to enable data-driven decision-making across all functions.
- Lead campus-specific analytics to drive performance optimization and strategy recommendations.
- Conduct competitive and marketplace analytics to monitor industry and channel evolution providing clear synthesis of findings.
- Integrate and report on macroeconomic data and external indicators into forecasting, planning, and long-range strategic modeling.
- Partner with Finance, Operations and Marketing leaders to embed analytics into everyday business decisions.
- Champion enterprise data governance and ensure quality, accessibility, and adoption of analytic tools and insights.
- Present analytical findings and strategic implications to executive leadership, enabling clear and actionable decision making.
- Hybrid model - 3 days per week at the Tempe corporate office is an essential function of this position.
- This role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role owning a data and analytics organization.
- Demonstrated track record leading a data or analytics transformation - assessing a low-maturity environment and executing a credible modernization roadmap.
- Experience in the development and delivery of enterprise reporting, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, campus specific analytics, competitor benchmarking, and strategic business insights.
- Background in fostering a culture of innovation, analytics excellence, data-driven decision-making, and AI adoption across the organization.
- Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, SAS, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, regulators, auditors, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Executive presence and storytelling capability.
- Ability to challenge assumptions with data and evidence.
- Commitment to driving measurable business outcomes through analytics and intelligence.
