Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end VMware to AWS migration programs.
- Define migration strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
- Manage delivery governance, executive stakeholder communication, and customer reporting.
- Oversee migration assessments, dependency mapping, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Lead cloud adoption, workload migration, and modernization initiatives on AWS.
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
Required Skills- VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs with proven expertise in VMware-to-AWS migrations, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management.
