Job Overview
This role drives operational strategies to deliver retail merchandising projects effectively to the field. It manages project tracking, production, distribution, fulfillment, and systems maintenance for merchandising operations. The role differentiates by overseeing vendor relationships, inventory management, and collateral strategy across channels. Success is measured by timely project delivery, cost efficiency, and system performance improvements. The work impacts organizational efficiency and supports frontline retail operations through effective merchandising execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution and production to ensure effective execution of retail point-of-purchase collateral
- Oversee inventory management including obsolescence strategy and new store kit coordination
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure projects meet deliverables on time and within budget
- Develop and implement collateral strategies for fixtures across store types and channels
- Maintain and improve systems and tools supporting project management and field operations
- Manage operational budgets including invoicing, forecasting, tracking, and reporting to drive cost efficiencies
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Advertising, or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in collateral project management, operations, Marketing or Advertising field. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology. (Preferred)
- Agency and vendor management experience, Performance Analysis, Calendar Management, Forecasting. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $63,700 - $115,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
