Virtual Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
  • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
  • Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
  • Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Remote Work: If you are a remote employee, you are only authorized to work from one of the approved states listed below. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.

  • Standard Operating Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm EST
  • Training: Comprehensive training program for the first two weeks of employment
  • Equipment: The company does not provide equipment for this role. However, we utilize Venn, a secure technology solution that creates a protected workspace on your personal device. This allows you to safely use your own computer for work, ensuring company data remains secure while keeping your personal information completely private and separate.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation:
    • Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.
    • Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
  • Benefits:
    • Eligibility: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
    • Company-Paid Benefits: Basic Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability.

Equipment Specifications:

We require our remote employees to provide their own equipment and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.
