Job Summary

The Vice Principal/Learning Director will, under the direct supervision of the School Principal, perform a wide variety of specialized and responsible tasks including assisting in curriculum development, supervision of instruction, student supervision and discipline, public relations, school site management, and student support services. Additionally, the Vice Principal/Learning Director will support the School Principal and other assigned personnel job responsibilities; receive, distribute, and communicate information to enforce school, district, and state policies; maintaining safety of school environment; coordinate assigned school site activities; assist students to modify inappropriate behavior and develop successful interpersonal skills; communicate information to staff and the public.
High School Vice Principal will, under the direct supervision of the High School Principal, support the High School Principal and other assigned personnel's job responsibilities; Receiving, distributing, and communicating information to enforce school, district, and state policies; Maintaining safety of school environment; Coordinating assigned school site activities; Assisting students to modify inappropriate behavior and develop successful interpersonal skills; Communicating information to staff, Principal, and the public.
