Full Job Description
The Senior Director of Organizational Transformation is a senior operational leader who will shape how we work-driving enterprise-wide transformation that strengthens how we deliver, scale, and operate. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will partner across technology, operations, product, and delivery to turn strategy into durable operating models, streamlined processes, and measurable results.

This is a hands-on, technically fluent role for a leader who can operate in the details and at the enterprise level-aligning people, process, and technology to lead complex, cross-functional change in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

You will be fully focused on internal transformation, operational excellence, and execution rigor-building momentum, driving accountability, and making change stick.

To be qualified for this position you:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in organizational transformation, strategy execution, operations, or technology-enabled change leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred.
  • Proven delivery of cross-functional programs (Ops + Product + Tech) with measurable outcomes (cost, cycle time, quality, reliability, NPS).
  • Strong background in technology-driven organizations, healthcare technology preferred.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage deeply with engineering, data, platform, and architecture leaders.
  • Comfort translating technical complexity into clear execution and operational decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability with a focus on outcomes, metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong capability in process excellence.
  • Executive presence and ability to drive alignment across senior leaders, especially when priorities conflict.

Enterprise Transformation & Execution
  • Leading enterprise-level transformational initiatives that improve operating efficiency, delivery velocity, scalability, and customer impact.

  • Driving transformation initiatives that span technology enablement, operating model evolution, and process modernization.


Technical & Operational Partnership
  • Partnering closely with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders to ensure transformation initiatives are technically feasible, operationally sound, and scalable.
  • Apply systems thinking to modernize workflows, platforms, and delivery models.
  • Serve as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment across domains.


Operating Model & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Designing and implementing future-state operating models that improve accountability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Improving enterprise execution through clearer roles, interfaces, governance, and performance management.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions that enable teams to operate more effectively at scale.


Program Leadership & Delivery Discipline
  • Leading a high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise scope.
  • Establishing strong program management discipline including prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and outcome tracking.
