VICE PRESIDENT, SUPPLIER CONTRACT NEGOTIATOR

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Partner with business and supplier partners to develop plans for Technology/Fin-Tech category management
  • Lead negotiations for both non-complex and complex contracts, delivering consistent value through negotiated savings
  • Manage contract administration for a moderate volume of standard contracts including NDAs, SOWs, and termination notifications
  • Represent Senior Negotiators in high-impact meetings as needed
  • Prepare and conduct complex supply market analyses, develop RFP and RFI templates, pricing assessments, and total-cost modeling
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics to identify and unlock commercial value beyond traditional cost savings, focusing on innovation
  • Independently review and analyze contract requirements, conduct research, identify contracting issues, and recommend solutions
  • Review and advise on findings compiled by junior sourcing roles to ensure accuracy and quality

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree in finance, business, or a related field; master9s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in sourcing negotiations, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a collaborative, creative, and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives, work independently, and manage multiple work streams
  • Understanding of new and evolving technologies to support forward-thinking sourcing strategies
  • Experience with procurement and contract authoring software applications such as Ivalua and Sirion

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
