Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.
  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
  • Code solutions and unit tests and be responsible for ensuring that the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and welltested interfaces.
  • Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.
  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story or requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Perform spikes or proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
  • Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement or story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize multiple architectural components in the design and development of client requirements.
  • Contribute to existing test suites.
  • Analyze test reports and identify any test issues or errors.
  • Triage the underlying cause.
  • Document and communication required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related: and
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Designing, automating, and maintaining large scale, enterprise-wide web applications using Java, SpringBoot, and Node;
  • Utilizing customer UI and interaction techniques to build frictionless multiple factor user authentication, credential maintenance and authentication step up flows in digital channels;
  • Engineering and designing continuous integration, continuous deployment, build tool, version control, and test-driven development tools by utilizing Java and JavaScript; and,
  • Designing test driven automation frameworks using middleware technologies SOAPUI, REST, XML, and JSON.
