Vice President, Salesforce CRM

We are currently seeking a Vice President, Salesforce CRM to join our team.

SUMMARY

This position owns the enterprise vision, strategy, and return on investment for the Salesforce platform. With end-to-end accountability for Salesforce performance, value realization, and enterprise outcomes, this role partners across functions to drive investment decisions and translate business strategy into measurable results. This role establishes and aligns operating models, governance, and a product mindset to ensure Salesforce and its integrated ecosystem enable unified workflows, trusted enterprise data, and actionable insights. As the single accountable owner, this role facilitates data-informed decisions, workflows, and prioritization to scale the business and support operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Defines and executes on a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy aligned to enterprise business priorities and financial investment model.
  • Partners across divisions and business leaders to translate enterprise and division strategy into measurable Salesforce platform outcomes, facilitating internal alignment around prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Leads a product-centric operating model for the Salesforce platform to translate enterprise strategy into actional roadmaps and a product mindset that delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Balances innovation, technical debt reduction, and operational stability, including enterprise integrations across data platforms, middleware, and custom platform capabilities.
  • Owns platform roadmaps, funding tradeoffs, and prioritization decisions.
  • Ensures clear product ownership for core capabilities such as data models, integrations, and automation.
  • Delivers training, enablement and end user support to increase user adoption and develops accountability frameworks and dashboards to increase leadership effectiveness.
  • Defines and track KPIs such as adoption, time-to-value, engage to revenue, and customer lifecycle.
  • Partners with Enterprise Analytics to govern and safeguard the enterprise data layer, ensuring trusted reporting across the organization.
  • Governs configuration versus customization decisions, balancing enterprise and division objectives.
  • Manages platform risk including data privacy, compliance, and release management.
  • Partners with ITS to ensure platform governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Establishes enterprise governance and decision rights for demand intake, prioritization, and release planning.
  • Clarifies accountability across roles with Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is required.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product, or platform leadership.
  • 7-10+ years leading Salesforce or CRM platforms at enterprise scale
  • Experience with multi-cloud, integration-heavy environments.
  • Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills.


KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated leadership owning an enterprise platform/product portfolio (CRM or comparable) with accountability for strategy, investment decisions, and measurable business value realization.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide governance, demand prioritization, and multi-year platform roadmap across multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including ownership of platform economics, evaluation of program performance, cost trends, and key profitability and productivity drivers.
  • Ability to leverage data, analytics, and modeling to inform executive decision-making, establish KPIs, and guide enterprise strategic direction.
  • Proven capability to design, implement, and optimize enterprise operating models, processes, and systems to drive scalability and efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership capability, including talent development, cross-functional influence, and leading large-scale organizational and technology change..
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external partners.
