Vice President Sales US
Location: This position is in Amherst NY. Ivoclar is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of Sales - U.S. to lead our US Clinical, Technical, DSO and Inside Sales organizations. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving growth, achieving sales and profitability objectives, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's global vision and strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a proven track record of building and leading winning teams, developing talent, and delivering sustainable business growth within the dental industry.
The base salary range for this position is $ 230,000 - $250,000 with an annual bonus potential based on financial achievements, and a monthly car allowance. Final base compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and location. We offer a dynamic and comprehensive benefits package to include relocation.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership- Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies and other key financial and business goals that align with the global business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Clinical, Technical, DSO and Inside Sales Teams to achieve sales, profit, market share targets and other key results.
- Create and maintain an organizational structure that supports growth, operational excellence, and customer success.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality systems, corporate guidelines, and the company code of conduct and ethical behavior.
- Represent Ivoclar with customers, strategic partners, industry organizations, and stakeholders.
- As a member of the Executive Team, you will foster a safe, inclusive, engaged, and high-performance culture built on accountability, integrity, and collaboration.
Commercial Leadership- Develop and execute sales plans that accelerate growth and expand market penetration across the U.S.
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and business planning activities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, DSOs, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other business leaders to maximize commercial effectiveness.
- Participate in initiatives that support organizational growth and innovation.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10 plus years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior-level commercial leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work full time in our Amherst, New York office and travel as required.
Preferred- MBA or other advanced business degrees.
- Experience within the dental industry.
- Experience leading teams focused on dental practices, dental laboratories, specialty clinics, or DSO accounts.
- Strong understanding in commercial business environments.
