The Opportunity:

As the Vice President, Private Client Services, Prairies & Personal Lines, Alberta, you provide leadership to the Private Client Services and Personal Lines Team and is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes within the PCS and Personal Lines Departments. With a focus on building and maintaining technical knowledge as well as solid insurance industry relationships, this role also ensures that personal lines and retention sales are supported and increased while employees are provided with opportunities to grow within the Organization.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, 10 years of progressive industry and people management experience is required.

• CAIB Designation is required.

• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.

• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.

• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.

• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
