Full Job Description
The Vice President of Outcomes, Quality & Performance is a key enterprise leader responsible for defining how New Story measures success, demonstrates impact, and drives continuous improvement across its national network of schools and programs. This role establishes the systems, frameworks, and accountability structures that ensure organizational decisions are guided by meaningful outcomes, high-quality data, and evidence-based practices.

As the architect of the organization's outcomes strategy, you will partner with leaders across education, behavioral health, operations, technology, and executive leadership to develop enterprise-wide measurement systems that support student success and organizational excellence. Your work will help translate data into action, strengthen performance across the organization, and demonstrate impact to families, districts, investors, and other stakeholders.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of leadership experience in outcomes measurement, analytics, research, accountability, quality improvement, data systems, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing performance measurement, reporting, or continuous improvement systems that drive organizational results
  • Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, performance management, quality systems, and strategic planning
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data, technology, operations, and organizational stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, decision-making, and organizational improvement

  • Lead the development and evolution of New Story's enterprise outcomes framework, measurement methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Establish data governance practices, quality standards, and reporting processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Design dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights to school, regional, and executive leaders
  • Build and lead enterprise performance management systems that support accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic goal attainment
  • Serve as business owner for key data and reporting platforms while advancing research, evaluation, and organizational impact initiatives
