OverviewAs an Vice President of Sales at Buildforce, you will be responsible for growing and leading an existing high-output sales team for the largest network of electricians in the U.S. You will be responsible for leading continued revenue growth and management for an existing high-output and high-growth sales team.
This role has three components of pay, with total on-target earnings meant to be 50% base salary and 50% commission on sales team revenue:
- Base Salary: $150k-$200k
- Commission: Uncapped commission as a function of sales team overall performance
- Stock Options: Direct equity ownership in the business
This role is responsible for:- Hiring, training, and leading Account Executives who act as regional full-lifecycle sales and account management leaders.
- Attending to highest priority customer relationships across the continental US.
- Coordinating across Recruiting, Strategy & Operations, and Product leadership to manage operational challenges and improve processes over time.
- Determining and implementing sales enablement tooling.
- Allocating sales team budget across hiring, travel & entertainment, and some marketing spend.
Skills & Qualifications- You have successfully led and grown one or more sales teams in an operationally complex B2B business.
- You are data fluent and proficient in the application of latest-and-greatest sales enablement tooling.
- You are willing to travel up to 50% of working days in a given month when necessary.
- You are a player-coach who is willing to fill in gaps in team workload while also leading and managing.
- You currently live in or are willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
