Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with the General Manager and Executive Team on the strategic development, direction and implementation of all marketing activities, including database marketing, direct mail, sales, advertising, casino marketing, public relations and promotions/events.
• Creates, implements and manages an effective marketing plan for the property, working with the Executive Team to determine current and future objectives.
• Develops promotional themes, reinvestment and sales strategy to meet property performance objectives.
• Leads internal team and external agencies in developing creative including direct mail, digital, traditional advertising and television and radio materials to support property promotions.
• Oversees the branding and imaging of the property.
• Develops plans for customer acquisition.
• Oversees retention efforts, including loyalty programs.
• Utilizes and/or acquires data to make informed decisions.
• Responsible for driving innovation in marketing strategy and execution.
• Participates in budget development, monitors marketing and event costs, and ensures profitability.
• Takes all steps necessary to ensure the financial and reputational success of promotions and special events; ensures analysis, review and recommendations.
• Works to maximize guest experience supporting all service standards and programs.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for proper audit trails and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in a professional capacity at external functions, special events, concerts, promotions, etc.
• Leads in communicating marketing plans to external departments and ensuring property management team is fully aware of upcoming marketing events.
• Ensures flawless internal control and regulatory compliance leading to perfect internal and external department audits.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• College degree or other work or educational equivalent required
• 10-15 years of relevant experience working in marketing manager and above roles within the casino industry; previous experience as a department leader preferred
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Relationships:

In addition to the Marketing Department this role will have strong relationships with members of the Sales, Finance, Player's Club, Food & Beverage, Facilities, EVS and Executive departments in addition to external agency personnel and vendors.

Base Pay Range:

$160,000 - $175,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
