What You Will DoSupervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor and provide business support on a variety of complex regulatory and legal procedures. Quality Assurance and Compliance functions are conducted in an organized manner with methods to improve work productivity, efficiency, and the well-being of staff satisfaction within Seldin Company Through understanding of ethics, regulations, and laws and ability to work with management, co-workers, and vendors. Utilize management skills to train, motivate, and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of our property.
Skills and Requirements - High School diploma or GED
- Seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, nationally recognized certifications, and experience. Certification from a National Training agency is required, including (C3P) Credit Compliance Professional, (COS) Certified Occupancy Specialist, (SHCM) Specialist in Housing Credit Management, or (HCCP) Housing Credit Compliance Professional.
- 10 years experience and or training with HUD and LIHTC program knowledge
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time

- Commit to being a lifetime learner to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changing programmatic rules and regulations.
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced with Adobe DC Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of various property management software systems.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
