Vice President of Business Development | South JerseyComplete Care is seeking a
Vice President of Business Development to lead growth efforts across
16 skilled nursing facilities in our South Jersey region. This is a hands-on role for a leader who can guide a team, build referral relationships, and stay closely involved in the day-to-day work of a fast-paced market.
The VP will work alongside facility leaders, admissions teams, and regional partners to strengthen referral pipelines and drive census growth. Experience in the
Ocean and Monmouth County markets is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do- Lead business development efforts across 16 skilled nursing facilities.
- Coach and hold team members accountable while working with them in the field.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, health systems, case managers, and other referral partners.
- Use referral trends, census data, and market knowledge to identify opportunities and respond quickly to challenges.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and admissions leaders to improve the referral experience and support facility growth.
- Help teams establish priorities and follow through in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For- Proven business development leadership experience in healthcare.
- Skilled nursing facility experience strongly required.
- Established knowledge of the Ocean and Monmouth County healthcare markets strongly preferred.
- A record of growing referrals or census across multiple locations.
- Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region and maintain an active presence in the field.
