The VP will report to the President & CEO, leading strategic and tactical fundraising efforts to grow the organization's approximately $1 million annual fundraising goal. The VP will manage and mentor a team of two.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to secure donations through diverse funding streams, including individual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and events
- Manage a portfolio of high-level donors and prospects
- Develop strong relationships with donors and prospects to close annual and multi-year commitments
- Develop fundraising metrics
- Create and implement new fundraising and donor stewardship strategies
- In collaboration with the CEO, serve as a liaison to committees and the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with outside vendors for marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of two
- Travel as needed within the Eastern PA region
Qualifications:- Approximately 5-7+ years of relevant fundraising experience
- Excited to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
