Role Overview Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic national partner relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for key national accounts. This role leads relationship strategy, stewardship planning, performance analytics, and executive reporting to ensure consistent engagement, profitable growth, and alignment across sales, underwriting, operations, and executive leadership. Oversee relationship management initiatives, maintain critical business intelligence and reporting frameworks, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding partner performance, growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management
Serve as the executive relationship owner for assigned national partners and strategic accounts.
Develop and execute relationship strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive profitable growth.
Lead stewardship meetings and business reviews with key partners.
Coordinate national relationship activities across regional sales teams and internal stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $199,000-$243,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable.
