Job Description Summary:
Provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for all property-level marketing and player development initiatives, driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across casino and non-casino operations. Responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including database marketing, player loyalty, CRM, events, promotions, and strategic partnerships. Ensures alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives while optimizing guest acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Leads cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall guest experience, strengthen brand equity, and deliver measurable performance across all marketing channels and programs.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, develop, measure performance, and discipline of division's leadership staff
  • Develop, implement, execute, and achieve long and short-term divisional business strategies
  • Formulate and operate within annual marketing plan, operating budget, and capital budget to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of financial reports to monitor the profitability and expenses of the division and take appropriate action by creating and implementing strategies and tactics to reduce cost and/or increase revenue
  • Develop and implement staffing plans that provide divisional leadership appropriate labor to meet guest service and operational expectations
  • Manages Player Development Incentive program
  • Provides direction for player invitational events including tournaments, special shows and other balanced event programming to optimize rated player participation.
  • Collaborates with Corporate marketing regarding events and promotions, and direct marketing arenas
  • Coordinates cross-marketing initiatives with other sister companies and strategic partners.
  • Works with Corporate Analytics team to evaluate trends and promotional results; use data to adjust future planning and events
  • Participates in planning of advertising and promotion activities including print, online, and direct mail.
  • Ensures a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events on property.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience in a senior leadership role within the marketing industry
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team and mentor team members
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
