  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with enrollment, academics, and finance to ensure marketing spend supports institutional goals.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Produce accurate forecasts and performance summaries for senior leadership.
  • Organic Channels: Manage SEO/AEO, Organic Social and review websites to drive traffic to the website and maintain positive social presence for the university.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving, organization and decision making.
  • A high level of professionalism, collegiality and a commitment to deliver excellent service both internally and externally.
  • Marketing Experience - Proven track record leading complex marketing operations, ideally with experience or deep familiarity in higher education recruitment matrices or highly consultative, multi-stage sales funnels.
  • Analytical Mastery - Demonstrated experience managing advanced marketing automation, CRM integrations, and data analytics tools (experience with data attribution and reporting engines like those used by marketing vendors is highly prioritized).
