Full Job Description
Your Tasks

  • Lead and direct all aspects of the end-to-end value stream, from supplier base to customers, ensuring seamless material and information flows across the organization
  • Design, optimize, and manage upstream and downstream relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners
  • Ensure timely, reliable, and cost-efficient supply service across all regions and production sites
  • Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing logistics leadership team at regional and plant level
  • Drive the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools, including SAP interfaces, system enhancements, and upgrade projects
  • Define, monitor, and support the achievement of supply chain and logistics performance targets
  • Ensure effective integration of material and information flows throughout the supply chain
  • Oversee Customs and Foreign Trade operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop and optimize regional and global transportation networks to improve efficiency, service levels, and costs
  • Support logistics planning and cross-functional plant teams to ensure successful product launches and operational ramp-ups
  • Review and approve logistics concepts and decision releases for customer projects
  • Review and approve logistics investments, budget plans, and cost forecasts for plants and projects
  • Communicate regional logistics performance and key initiatives to regional and global senior management


Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related function within an international manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation, customs and foreign trade, packaging, materials management, material flow, logistics investments, and cost management
  • Strong understanding of regional governmental logistics regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with OEM logistics requirements and complex global supply chain environments
  • Proven expertise in SAP-supported logistics and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • International and intercultural experience, with the ability to lead in a global business environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
