Full Job Description
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Investment Strategist to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Miami FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to meet client objectives by leveraging in-depth market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to develop personal financial plans (including cash flow analysis, investment proposals, retirement planning analysis, etc.) for high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Communicate complex personal wealth plans, investment strategies, and market insights to clients, Wealth Advisors and other internal stakeholders to foster understanding and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies proactively to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 2-5 years of experience.
  • CFP or CFA designations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute effective investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment management software.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
