Full Job Description
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Lead and execute equity, debt, and M&A transactions across the Technology sector, managing deal processes from origination through closing.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with technology executives, boards of directors, and institutional investors to support client coverage and business development.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials, including pitchbooks, management presentations, and offering memoranda.
  • Oversee due diligence processes across technical, financial, legal, and regulatory workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and external advisors.
  • Lead and mentor Associates and Analysts, fostering professional development and a high-performance team culture.
  • Actively support client origination efforts and contribute to the expansion of the firm's Technology sector franchise.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Deep understanding of technology company valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Demonstrated track record of transaction execution across multiple deal types and market environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on Technology (TMT); Director-level consideration commensurate with experience.
  • Demonstrated capital markets experience, including equity and/or debt transaction execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Compensation Range:
85,000 base + commensurate on experience.
