Vice President, Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub team. This role is in Lake Mary, Florida.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles. Execute full lifecycle software development
  • Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team's development work
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement
  • Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases
  • Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred or equivalent working experience required.
  • 5 plus years of full stack technical experience
  • Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (3 plus Years)
  • Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar. Experience with Test-Driven-Development is preferred.
  • Experience working in AI coding.
  • Good to have RDBMS.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
  • Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles.
  • Strong technical and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
