What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a collaborative, visionary leader who brings:
  • Five or more years' experience in an HR leadership role
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • The ability to influence, partner, and lead at the executive level
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and a commitment to service
  • Deep knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and organizational development


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent credentials
  • Experience in higher education or the public sector
