OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Vice President, Enterprise Transformation & Architecture to lead the design and delivery of next-generation business solutions that harness Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and enterprise application platforms. This individual will define end-to-end transformation strategies that connect core systems such as SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer platforms into a unified data, analytics, automation, and AI ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines deep ERP and business process expertise with modern data and AI architecture experience. This role will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineering organizations, data teams, security, and executive partners to align technology investments with strategic business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesMain Focus: Solution Strategy- Define end-to-end business solutions and transformation approaches aligned with business strategy, enterprise priorities, and process needs.
- Drive automation and tooling decisions using established standards, reference architectures, governance, and industry standards.
- Ensure technical solutions meet multi-functional business needs while remaining secure, scalable, reusable, supportable, and cost-effective.
- Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic roadmaps, target-state architectures, and sequenced implementation plans.
Solution Strategy & Business Transformation- Define target-state solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategy, operating model, process requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop transformation roadmaps that modernize ERP-centric environments through cloud, data, integration, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Lead solution definition across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and other enterprise domains.
- Find opportunities to simplify processes, reduce technical debt, improve controls, and increase speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on platform modernization, architectural trade-offs, and investment decisions.
Enterprise Data & Platform Architecture- Design scalable architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, and AI platforms to access, integrate, and activate enterprise data.
- Architect governed data flows across SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, financial, customer, operational, and transactional systems.
- Define integration patterns using APIs, events, batch, streaming, data virtualization, and data products based on business and technical requirements.
- Establish enterprise information models, semantic layers, metadata, lineage, data quality, and master data practices.
- Drive lakehouse, analytics, and real-time data strategies that enable trusted self-service access without compromising security or governance.
AI & Intelligent Automation- Identify and prioritize high-value AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic workflow, analytics, and intelligent automation opportunities.
- Design reusable architectures for enterprise AI, process orchestration, knowledge access, decision support, and predictive insights.
- Embed human oversight, security, privacy, responsible AI, model risk, and operational controls into solution designs.
- Partner with business collaborators to define value cases, success measures, adoption plans, and scalable operating models.
Architecture Governance & Standards- Establish reference architectures, standards, design patterns, decision criteria, and implementation guardrails.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment across application, data, integration, cloud, security, and AI domains.
- Drive platform and tooling decisions based on interoperability, scalability, security, resiliency, supportability, reuse, and total cost of ownership.
- Reduce duplication and complexity by promoting common services, shared data products, reusable integration patterns, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain alignment among business capability maps, transformation roadmaps, delivery portfolios, and enterprise architecture direction.
Multi-Functional Leadership- Facilitate discovery sessions and process workshops that convert business needs into clear capability, data, integration, and technology requirements.
- Collaborate with executives, business owners, enterprise architects, product leaders, engineers, data teams, security teams, and external partners.
- Communicate complex architectures, dependencies, risks, options, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide architecture leadership from strategy and concept through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy, or business transformation.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable enterprise applications.
- Demonstrable experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer, and operational platforms.
- Strong knowledge of business process design, capability modeling, data architecture, APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience leading complex, multi-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior collaborators and make clear, evidence-based architecture recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience designing enterprise AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP business processes and S/4HANA, Salesforce architecture, and HRIS ecosystems.
- Experience with master data management, metadata management, data governance, data quality, and semantic modeling.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and modern agent frameworks.
- Experience operating in a large, global, matrixed enterprise environment.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, TOGAF, SAP, or related disciplines.

Additional InformationCompensation Range: USD $164,500.00 - USD $325,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
