Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary, execution-focused senior leader to establish and lead an Emerging Technology team centered on advancing Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and delivering innovative, business-driven solutions. This newly created role will build the foundation for enterprise AI strategy, talent development, and scalable implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and industry insight to embed AI into core business operations while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory alignment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise AI organization aligned with business strategy and technology vision
  • Build and scale AI capabilities including predictive analytics, generative AI, and agent-based systems
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases across business functions
  • Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and technology teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
  • Serve as a thought leader and champion responsible AI adoption and innovation
