JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive impactful digital marketing campaigns for Business Banking, collaborating across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and operational excellence.

As a Vice President, Digital Campaign Delivery Lead in Business Banking, you will lead a team responsible for executing acquisition campaigns across digital channels. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, ensure launch readiness, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Your leadership will influence stakeholders and optimize customer-facing marketing experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital acquisition campaigns across landing pages, email, paid media, and public digital channels.
  • Partner with Strategy, Product, Digital Content Experience (DCE), and Creative teams to translate business objectives into effective campaign briefs and execution plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business partners.
  • Ensure creative assets and customer experiences are implemented accurately and consistently across digital channels.
  • Support optimization efforts by providing campaign performance insights and recommendations to DCE, Creative, Product, and Analytics partners.
  • Own and evolve the campaign execution operating model, including workflows, governance, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure readiness across targeting, creative development, approvals, production, and technology implementation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure audit-ready execution through disciplined documentation, process adherence, and controls governance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of campaign managers, setting clear expectations for prioritization, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities across campaign intake, workflow management, quality assurance, reporting, and execution processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or acquisition marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in a highly regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end campaign execution from planning through launch and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing execution, customer journey fundamentals, creative review processes, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control functions and navigating formal approval processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills within complex matrixed organizations.
  • High attention to detail with disciplined documentation and audit-ready execution practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve outcomes.
  • Technology-forward mindset with interest in automation and AI-driven workflow improvements.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Business Banking and/or financial services marketing experience.
  • Experience managing digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement campaigns.
  • Experience leading marketing transformation initiatives involving tools, workflows, governance, or operating model improvements.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled marketing, workflow automation, or process optimization tools.
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance through testing, optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Agency-side or in-house marketing campaign management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
