Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In-office requirement is four days.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Perform mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such as dividend payments, reorganization/proxy, bond redemption, and related transactions.
  • Manage and control high levels of risk and liability inherent in the various functions, including reconciliation activities, client reporting, and proration on transactions.
  • Meet with organizational units and teams to ensure corporate action events are being addressed appropriately, determine the impact of complex events, and disseminate information to investors and client accounts.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups, depositories, agents, brokers, clients, Investment Managers, sub custodians, and/or custodians, while working across multiple systems to perform highly complex corporate action processing.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced team members and, in some geographies, may have people management responsibilities.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
