Position: Vice President, Commercial Banker
Location: 2200 N Richmond St. Appleton
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evening and community event participation.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of commercial lending experience required.

A Day in the LifeAs a Vice President, Commercial Banker, you'll be responsible for growing, developing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of commercial relationships while serving as a trusted financial advisor to business clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a high-quality commercial loan portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and attract new business.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining sound credit quality.
- Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's financial goals and providing strategic banking solutions.
- Collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Mentoring and supporting emerging talent within the commercial banking team.
- Representing the organization through active involvement in community organizations, networking events, and business development activities.
- Contributing to the continued success of our organization as we prepare for our transition to Landmark Credit Union.
