Job Title:Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer
Job Description:The Position The Chief Information Security Officer is the executive responsible for Entegris' global cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and cyber resilience. Reporting to the Chief Information and Digital Officer, the CISO will protect the company's intellectual property, digital assets, manufacturing operations, critical business services, customer relationships, and position within the global semiconductor supply chain.
This is a business leadership role, not a compliance position. The CISO will establish and execute a three-year transformation roadmap that enables Entegris to innovate and grow securely while materially reducing enterprise risk. The mandate includes strengthening security across information technology, operational technology, cloud platforms, data, digital products, artificial intelligence, identity, third parties, and globally distributed operations.
As Entegris advances its ambition to become an AI-native electronic materials and purity platform, the CISO will help the company adopt AI rapidly, responsibly, and securely. This leader will define security standards for enterprise and agentic AI, protect sensitive data and intellectual property used by AI systems, address emerging AI-related threats, and use AI and automation to improve the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.
The CISO will lead a global cybersecurity organization and work closely with the executive leadership team, business and functional leaders, the General Counsel, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and the Board of Directors. The CISO will provide clear, decision-oriented reporting on material cyber risks, emerging threats, investment priorities, program performance, and incident readiness.
Success will be measured by business outcomes: protecting innovation and intellectual property, sustaining safe and reliable manufacturing operations, preserving customer trust, enabling digital and AI transformation, strengthening resilience, and demonstrating that cybersecurity investments deliver measurable business value.
