POSITION:Vice President, Capital Markets Relationship Manager, full-time position located in Turlock, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: The Capital Markets Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of purchased loans, originating large agribusiness loans within the Association's territory, and facilitating the sale of originated loans. These duties include developing credit-structuring alternatives for large account transactions, analyzing and packaging loans, negotiating terms, and building relationships within the marketplace and association partners. Perform market analysis, due diligence, and structuring on loans both purchased and originated. Assist in the management of a portfolio of large, complex loans assuring satisfactory loan servicing, covenant and reporting compliance, and risk mitigation. Work closely with Credit Administration and loan sales teams to solve the more complex financing needs of members. Implement marketing plans to capitalize on marketing opportunities within designated industry segments. Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years' experience managing a portfolio and underwriting. Capital Markets and large loan lending experience is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of credit processing and servicing activities, accounting principles and practices, credit analysis procedures, credit administration, monitoring and reporting.
- Advanced computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe (PDF), Salesforce, and nCino.
- Must be very attentive to details and possess a high level of accountability for work performed.
- Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing multiple activities.
- Strong decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to perform certain required duties.

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $12,000 (minimum) - $18,000 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.
WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM: Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees' home office.
